Hermes bots — Terms of Service

Hermes bots is a private automation tool operated by Sam Silverberg for his own use. These terms exist because Google requires a published terms-of-service link for applications that use its APIs.
It is not a service offered to you
Hermes bots is not available to the public. There is no sign-up, no account to create, no payment, and no support. It operates on exactly one Google Account, monkey.zip@gmail.com, which belongs to its operator.
Acceptable use
Only the operator is authorised to use Hermes bots. Any other attempt to use, access or interact with it is unauthorised.
No warranty
Hermes bots is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is experimental software run for personal convenience.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Hermes bots.
Data
Hermes bots' handling of data from Google APIs is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
